I believe that movement and dance are a way to tell the story of your body with grace and freedom.
Gloria's rich cultural roots and diverse experience with various movement practices and dance styles have shaped and enriched her approach to using movement and artistic expression to harmonize the body. Her work with body-tells is a testament to this belief, inviting everyone to embark on a transformative journey of movement, dance, and physical well-being.
More about Gloria
Gloria Cavet, born in Venezuela, embarked on her dance journey during her teenage years, initially immersing herself in movement empirically and spontaneously. She soon pursued formal training in ballet, modern dance, contemporary dance, and oriental dance in Caracas. Her deep passion and dedication to dance prompted her to establish her own dance studio in Caracas and later found Aswan Productions, an organization dedicated to dance, art, and cultural development.
Continuing her quest for knowledge, Gloria enriched her experience and artistic expression through participation in various international dance training programs, workshops, and mentorships across Latin America and Europe. In 2012, she relocated to Austria, expanding her repertoire and deepening her understanding of movement and dance.
Today, Gloria is devoted to artistic creation through performances, choreography, and visual arts, all driven by her vision of the body as a conduit for exploring grace and freedom through movement. She offers workshops, classes, and performances that showcase the transformative and powerful impact of movement, using it as a tool to harmonize the body.
As the visionary founder of body-tells, a movement discipline designed to harmonize the body from within, Gloria integrates four core principles—mobility, dance, self-expression, and relaxation—to dynamically guide participants in achieving body harmonization.
